Abstract

In the article considered the need to rethink approaches to understanding and statutory consolidation of the principle of freedom of the labor contract based on libertarian-legal approach. The attention to the absence of regulatory consolidation of the principle of freedom of the labor contract in the national legislation and presented its conclusions on the need for legal regulation.
