ЗНАЧЕНИЕ И СТРУКТУРА КРИМИНАЛИСТИЧЕСКОЙ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ПРЕСТУПЛЕНИЙ ПРОТИВ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ СОСТОЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ И ПРОЦЕДУРЫ БАНКРОТСТВА

Abstract

The article is devoted to the significance and structure of the criminalistical characteristics of crimes against the economic solvency and bankruptcy procedure. These crimes are considered from the standpoint the criminal law of the Republic of Belarus. This type of crimes are latent and counteraction to them is very difficult. In the structure of criminlistical characteristics are four elements: the way of the crime, the situation of the crime commission, trace information, description of the personality of the criminal. Particular attention is paid to the links between these elements. This allows to put forward reasonable assumptions about the missing elements of criminalistical characteristics.
