Abstract

The article considers the main issues of legal support of the fight against terrorism at the present stage. The author examines the controversial issues of the application in investigatory and judiciary practice of the international legal acts (Conventions, Protocols and otherwise), the possibility of implementation and effective use in the existing national legislation of Ukraine.
