Abstract

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of a principal’s (or co-principals’) voluntary renunciation. Scientific approaches concerning features of three types of principal offender, namely: principal, co-principal, mediocre executor are analyzed. The features of their voluntary renunciation are defined.
