Abstract

The article examines the historical path of the emergence and spread of the phenomenon of corruption. We analyzed the archive materials of the ancient world, as well as local chronicles. Much attention is paid to the spread of corruption in the Soviet period and punitive measures to combat this phenomenon. The analysis of anti-corruption laws in Ukraine.
