Abstract

The problem of establishing voiced in most modern Western states actual condition of imitation democracy, owing to the transformation of some of its key features or diminish their real value. Denotes some factors which have a decisive influence on the establishment of such an extremely negative state of democracy as a form of realization of democracy, as well as means to overcome it.
