Abstract
During current period of climate warming changes in surface temperatures of waters tropical Pacific can cause similar changes in the tropical South Atlantic, delayed with respect to them for 16 years. This process can lead to significant climate changes in the study region. In the end, this process can affect the regional or even global climate in the climate system of the planet.
