Abstract

A new open-access information retrieval system «Modified silica database» is briefly described (http://www-chemo.univer.kharkov.ua/sio2db/). It is created for systematizing available factual and bibliographic information about the properties of chemically modified silicas. Currently the system provides the information about more than 100 reactions at the silica surfaces, 11 organic modificators, 10 sorbats and 9 solvents.
