Ultrasound at producing of fluoridized kitchen salt

Abstract

The use of an ultrasound at the producing of the fluoridized Kitchen Salt been investigated. By doing so, the ultrasound is used at the stage of potassium fluoride solution preparation with the distilled food emulsifier monoglyceride. It has been shown that the use of ultrasound at definite frequencies and intransitives allows extending the expiry date of the fluoridized Kitchen salt fill 24 months.
