Sonoluminescent spectroscopy in the automated system of efficient and safe work of vacuum-evaporating apparatus
Abstract
The possibility of using the sonolumineacent spectroscopy in the automated system of efficient work of vacuum-evaporating apparatus has been shown. The relative standard deviation does not exceed 0.05 for the content of sodium chloride and 0.08 for the content of potassium chloride. This is worse than the gravimetric determination (0.01) but better than the atomic absorption spectrometry determination (0.11 and 0.12 respectively).
