The problem of giftedness as an asynchronous development in the context of an inclusive approach

Abstract

Showing contradiction between the formal recognition of gifted children category of persons with special needs and insufficient attention to them in the context of the practice of inclusive education. Analyzed and summarized current approaches to understanding giftedness as an asynchronous development, found signs of this psychological phenomenon in the development of gifted person.
