The criminal processes in Ukrainian society in domestic scientific discourse

Abstract

The article deals with the study of the state of criminal processes in the Ukrainian society in the framework of national criminology and sociology. Ukrainian criminologists and sociologists say that society was in a situation where criminal processes have gone beyond their traditional understanding. Certain types of illegal activities in the Ukrainian society, especially those associated with corruption, have become commonplace, the massive, constantly reproducing and socially approved phenomenon, and this behavior is inherent in the vast majority of members of society. In this regard, the author discusses some theoretical approaches and concepts of domestic researchers that explain this state of Ukrainian society
