Abstract

In this paper, since the bygone era of the main reasons for the migration of the population from the mountainous regions and social measures to prevent the current attention is drawn to the road. The mountainous terrain is often creates social problems. For this reason people are migrating from high places. Given this high mountainous areas of social infrastructure projects that facilitate people's lives should be applied. This problem should be constantly up to date for countries is mountainous terrain. The development of social infrastructure in the regions affected by specific factors demand (regional, corporate and personal), bearing the largely subjective and hamper long-term planning. The regional subjective factors include the mentality of the population, philosophical and religious world, ethnic features and national traditions (including food consumption habits) and others.
