Abstract

The authorial vision of theoretical and methodological research of informative processes in social networks is presented in the article. Previous works of researchers, which considered as fragmentary developments, are analyzed. The authorial structural model of informative online network processes is presented as consisting of three aspects – high digital, humanitarian and psychological technologies. The aspect of high technology involves usage of an information process to maintain modern digital hardware and software equipment – satellite communication systems, internet, digital and analogue TV and radio, cellular, and other instant messengers. The aspect of high humanitarian technologies involves usage of methods and ways of organizing information processes in terms of algorithms and related management decisions. The aspect of innovation involves usage of psychological techniques on such directions as applied psychoanalysis, NLP, social psychology. Intermediate technology options, that accompany the information processes, are support systems of management, decision-making and an artificial intelligence system
