Abstract

In this article have been investigated changes in the concentration and mobility of charge carriers in the samples of n and p type of nickel doped silicon under pulse hydrostatic pressure and with change of temperature by electrical heater integrated to the samples. Has been shown, that the dynamic strain effect of these samples due to 50% of the temperature and 50% of the vibration effects of the crystal lattice of nickel doped silicon.
