Dialogue with the Russian classics in small prose of S. Krzhizhanovsky

Abstract

The article is devoted to the investigation of the convergence and the creative transformation of heterogeneous multi-cultural material as a bright feature of the style of intellectual prose of S. Krzhizhanovsky. On material of texts of the short stories of the cycle "Neukushennyj lokot’" (1927–1941) intertextual communication of the writer with the Russian context is studied: with folklore and literature of XVIII–XIX centuries. Increased game modus of poetics of the author, which allows to discover in the modernist constant of his work the features of formation of prepostmodern complex, is revealed.
