The geoinformational analysis of the region agriculture specialization (based on materials of Lviv region)

Abstract

The method of the creation of thematic database “Agriculture Specialization of Lviv Region” is considered. The necessary calculations of the parameters that characterize the specialization of the investigated region are made. The possibilities of geoinformation analysis by means of modern geographic information systems are shown on the basis of selection operations, construction and analysis of cartographic models.
