ULTRASONIC MONITORING OF ENDOVASCULAR EMBOLISATION OF ARTERYOVENOUS MALFORMATIONS AND ANEURISMS OF CEREBRUM
Abstract
In present study the analysis of treatment of 20 patients with aneurisms of intracranial vessels of cerebrum and 3 patients with arteryovenous malformations (AVM) is represented. Surgical treatment was conducted by endovascular embolisation. In pre- and postoperaive period the ultrasonic Doppler inspection of intracranial departments of cerebral vessels was conducted. It is established that intracranial Doppler inspectioncan be used as screening method of AVM verification where the escalating and asymmetry of circulation of blood in intracranialvessels are the essential signs of pathology. At diagnostics of aneurism of vessels of cerebrum turbulence of circulation of blood in the proper vessels is a basic dopplerografy sign. The endovascular methods of the surgical treatment of AVM and aneurisms of intrakranial vessels of cerebrum are safe enough methods of treatment, resulting in liquidation of pathological process; also they are the prophylaxis of the repeated violations of cerebral circulation of blood.
