PREGNANCY AND LABOR COMPLICATIONS IN WOMEN WITH CARDIOVASCULAR PATHOLOGY
Abstract
Retrospective clinic and statistic analysis of 1813 history cases was made. There are 14,9% cardiovascu-lar pathology was founded. 4% parturient women had this kind of pathology. The pregnancies at this group complicated by obesity, IUGR and preeclampsia. Hysteromyoma had place at pregnant with associated cardiovascular pathology. Treatened preterm labor and pyelonephritis complicated pregnancy of patients wit vascular pathology offenly. Pregnant women with cardiovascular pathology had pathologic labor (especially cesarean section), potential perineal rupture, anomalies of uterine activity frequently than preterm membrene rupture. It was founded that pregnancy complications are not specific ant not depended on character of cardiovascular pathology. This circumstance cause nessessity furthes differential study of their pathogenesis.
