LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY AT PATIENTS, ENDURED OPERATIONS ON THE ORGANS OF ABDOMINAL CAVITY IN PAST
Abstract
Authors are bring experience of execution of laparoscopic cholecystectomy at 910 patients, endured operations on the organs of abdominal cavity in past, of them, at 85 of patients it was executed adheziolysis. The analysis of efficiency of the preoperative diagnostics and laparoscopic methods of correction of soldering disease is conducted. In opinion of authors sonography possesses a high diagnostic value at soldering disease and allows to choose the most safe point of introduction of the first troacar, the most effective and safe method of adhesiolysis is the use of ultrasonic scalpel for the section of joints.
