Analysis of the phase diagrams of binary metallic systems at low concentrations of the components
Abstract
The computational approach to graphical representation of the phase binary metallic diagrams at low impurities concentrations (<0.1 at. %) for systems with unlimited and limited solubility of the second component was considered. The algorithm for design and analysis of phase diagrams at the low concentration of impurity elements for systems with unidentified or negligibly low solubility of impurity elements has been developed. The investigations results of binary systems of base-admixture for cadmium, zinc and tellurium at low concentrations of lead, antimony and magnesium have been submitted.
