MEASUREMENT OF ENERGY PARAMETERS OF LASER RADIATION WITH THREEGRATINGS THINWIRE BOLOMETER
Abstract
The measuring method of energy parameters of continuous and pulse laser radiation with three-gratings thin-wire bolometric gauge has been suggested and grounded. Dominant errors at the expense of nonlinearity of transformation characteristic og gauge have been studied and eliminated. The analysis of errors has been carried out for platinum bolometric gauge with diameter of grating elements 10 microns and laser radiation on wavelength 10.6 microns. It was shown that relative root-mean square deviation of power measurement is 0.6% and the energy one is 0.2%.
