ПЕДАГОГІЧНА КОМПЕТЕНТНІСТЬ СТУДЕНТІВ ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТЕЙ ТА ЇЇ ФОРМУВАННЯ У ЦИФРОВОМУ СЕРЕДОВИЩІ
Анотація

Мета. Здійснити пошук теоретично обґрунтованих і практично реалізованих підходів до
формування педагогічної компетентності студентів економічних спеціальностей у сучасних умовах
цифрової трансформації освіти.
Методи. теоретичний аналіз наукової літератури, порівняльно-аналітичний метод, узагальнення
педагогічного досвіду.
Результати. У статті розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади формування педагогічної
компетентності студентів економічних спеціальностей в умовах цифрової трансформації освіти.
Обґрунтовано актуальність розвитку педагогічного компонента у професійній підготовці фахівців
непедагогічного профілю з огляду на сучасні вимоги ринку праці, потребу в наставництві,
консультуванні, викладанні економічних дисциплін та популяризації фінансової грамотності. Проведено
аналіз психолого-педагогічних компетентностей у змісті освітніх стандартів першого і другого рівнів
вищої освіти, виявлено їх фрагментарність та недостатню присутність у навчальних програмах.
Узагальнено міжнародний досвід США, Німеччини та Польщі щодо підготовки студентів непедагогічних
спеціальностей до освітньої діяльності. Запропоновано комплексний підхід до формування педагогічної
компетентності, що поєднує теоретичну, цифрову та практичну компоненти. Надано практичні
рекомендації щодо включення педагогічного змісту до варіативної частини освітньо-професійних
програм економічного профілю.
Висновки. Формування педагогічної компетентності студентів економічних спеціальностей в
умовах цифрової трансформації освіти потребує комплексного підходу, що поєднує теоретичну
підготовку, цифрову грамотність і практичну взаємодію. Виявлена фрагментарність педагогічного
компоненту у чинних стандартах підтверджує необхідність його системного впровадження.
Запропоновані підходи і рекомендації сприяють оновленню освітніх програм та підготовці економістів,
здатних ефективно передавати знання, здійснювати наставницьку діяльність і розвиватися в умовах
сучасного освітнього простору.
