The antioxidant action of amber acid derivates - sodium succinate, sufan, and yakton were studied in vitro, and sufan and yakton - at intramuscular injection to rats on erythrocyte osmotic resistance. It was established that in reaction with stabile radical diphenylpycrylhydrazile these substances have no antiradical action. The hemoluminiscence investigation of antioxidant properties of amber acid derivates is established that these properties realizing more stronger in blood plasma; in erytrocytes these properties are absence or prooxidant action have a place, the most strong in yakton. However, it may be connected with yakton's possibility to decrease the erythrocyte osmotic resistance.
