Abstract

Specific actuality of genetic researches of multifactor diseases (psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo) in Ukraine is caused by the high frequency and current of genodermatoses. It is necessary to make different strategies of diagnostics, forming groups of risk, carrying out primary prophylaxis and treatment. The population and segregation frequencies were allowed to form tables of recurrence risk for genetic prognosis of these pathologies.
