Abstract

The effect of tensile stress on collagen type I synthesis induction and the levels hydroxylating, cross- linkaging, glycosylating of the skin and collagen in 3-month rats of Vistar line in vitro has been investigated. It was shown that tension 3Н-Hpro/(3Н-Pro + 3Н-Hpro) relation in collagen was decreased. Also the levels hydroxylating and the contents of loose aldehydic groups have been increased. The degree of nonenzyming glycosylation is decreasing. This leads to changes in structure and properties of collagen molecules.
