Abstract

This paper outlines degree of dependence between traditions of state bureaucracy and the evolution
of forms of the interaction between civil society and state administration bodies; modern models of civil
service has been analyzed, common and distinctive features in different models have been outlined; on
the basis of the results obtained as part of the study the prospects of borrowing of successful models of
civil service in foreign countries has been set.
