FORMATION AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE TREASURY SYSTEM OF PERFORMING STATE AND LOCAL BUDGETS IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The main stages of development of the state system for implementation of the State and local budgets
over the period of Ukraine’s independence have been considered. The transformation of the system
functional content has been determined. Current challenges arising in the course of innovative technologies
introduction into the system of the Treasury authorities have been identi ed, and measures to address
them are proposed.
