MECHANISMS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN TERMS OF ATTRACTING INVESTORS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF HOUSING INFRASTRUCTURE

Abstract

We analyzed the state of housing infrastructure Ukraine and the results of the process of introducing new
forms of self-organization in the industry. We have identi ed the main problem areas in the  eld of public
administration housing infrastructure. We marked the alternative management mechanisms through the
involvement of magistrate investors in the economic sector.
