Abstract

The paper proposes the author’s re ections as to the changing features of public-management relations
under the in uence of spatial dynamics through economic reform retrospective. The paper also presents
the  ndings and justi cation of the speci city of objective preconditions and factors in uencing changes
in the conceptual model of regional economic policy in the present-day Ukraine.
