Abstract

The paper considers the role and place of the mechanism for regulation of the banking sector in the general
system of state regulation of the economy of Ukraine. In the course of organizing the said mechanism,
speci c features of using the law of relative resistances (law of the least), concentrated action rule,
functional additional correlations law were explored that form an important component of the universal
organizational science (tectology).
