THE EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE OF THE PUBLIC REGULATION OF THE BIOENERGETICS

Abstract

The analysis of the European experience in the development of bioenergetics in the context of
the conduct of comprehensive low-carbon policies has been done. The attention is focused on the
exhausting of fossil fuels and other factors that make European governments significantly alter
the structure of the energy sector by increasing use of renewable energy in their energy balances.
Conclusions in terms of the achieved results are made.
