DECENTRALIZATION OF POWER AS THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE STATE POLICY OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES

Abstract

In article considered the problem of decentralization in reforming the territorial structure of
local government in Ukraine. With allowance for current approaches to decentralization within
theory of public administration we have focused on specific features of decentralization which
must be taken into account when determining the content of measures on improving territorial
structure of public authorities.
