Abstract

Methodical approach to the formation of local finance management under decentralization
are justified. Directions and management objects of local finances are determined. Financial
potential sources of the region and tasks of their evaluation to identify ways of development are
separated. The model of financial resources circulation and management are proposed. This
allows to formulate analytical and management tasks of financial resources management in the
new model of local government.
