FORMING EFFECTIVE TOOL OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The paper analyzes the basic mechanisms of state control and improvement tools for
implementation of public-private partnership Ukraine, examined specific features and general
functions of government. The basic directions of state administration in the field of public-private
partnerships, discussed the specific features of the industry. Proposed substance of economic,
institutional and administrative foundation PPP, which requires the use of aggregate instruments
specific to each participant: the state, private business and civil society.
