Data by the monitoring survey "Ukrainian Society" conducted by the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine served as an empirical basis for the study. To determine impact of Revolution of Dignity on the opinions of Ukrainians, the main indicators were compared for four years: 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 — before it began, in the year it occurred and after it. The sample developed for the survey was representative for adult population of Ukraine over 18 years old (N = 1800 in 2013 and 2014; N = 1802 in 2015 and 2016). The indicators used in the study were assessing the availability of basic resources and opportunities for Ukrainians, kinds of changes in the labor organization at the time of the survey, strategies for adapting to processes in society, awareness of restrictions of spending on goods and services, obtaining social assistance, engaging in volunteering activities. According to the results of the research, the availability of a number of life opportunities has diminished for the population and it affects to extension of saving practices. At the same time, involvement in volunteering and charitable activities has increased.
