Abstract

The author has been studying the problems of the circulation of the political elite of Ukraine on the example of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 2005 to 2016. The author analyzes the political elite through the prism of the composition of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. To refer to members of the political elite used a positional approach. This paper investigates the features of the process of circulation of elites, describes the main channels of incorporation, are features of the rotation in the political elite, and examines the process of excorporation of the elite. The main method of analysis of empirical information is the biographical method.
