Abstract

The necessity of developing of a more objective index of morality with the development of globalized society is proved in the article. A number of problems that arise when creating application toolkit to determine the index of morality in the macro scale are considered. Synthesis of different moral indicators is provided. In particular a synthesis of different moral indicators used in cross-country comparisons is described.
