Collecting of alimony as a guarantee of parental responsibilities on child support

Abstract

The article deals with procedural mechanism of collecting of alimony as a guarantee of parental responsibilities on child support. It is considered voluntary and compulsory procedure for collecting of alimony. Examples of optional parental rights of maintenance in the case of cohabitation with children in different circumstances are provided. The algorithm for the collecting of alimony for child support is composed. The warranty of the collecting of alimony for the claimant and legal responsibility for the debtor in case of violation of child's rights is stated.
