Abstract

The article shows changes in the organization and social work technologies in the contexts of the Nordic model of the welfare state crisis.  Scandinavian governments have found solutions to maintain high social standards, included primarily diversification of social services sources. Social functions are often taken by local governments (municipalities), private sector, civil society structures. The main objects of social protection are no longer unemployed and the elderly,  but family, children, certain categories of the people in need, and the approach to еру care is becoming more individual.
