ROLE AND PLACE OF LEADER IMAGE IN THE EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF MODERN ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

The article considers the main issues relating to problems of formation of image of the head. It is emphasized the increasing importance of problems of formation of image in society and the individual. It has been examined the factors influencing the formation of ideas of man about himself. It is determined that an attractive image of the head is inseparable from the knowledge of business etiquette and self-possession of the appropriate skills. A leader who intends to work in another country, is obliged to take into account the tradition that the ongoing operation was a success. It is emphasized the increasing importance of problems of formation of image in society and the individual. It has been examines the factors influencing the formation of "savemedia" or "self-presentation". The components of the image of man have been discovered. The issues of choice of methods of formation of image of the head have been deonstrated. It is stressed the importance of the stage of goal determination, adequate self-assessment and review assessment. It has been defined the role, who performs the image of the head in the process management of the organization. It has been defined the conditions affecting the formation and improvement of the image of the head. The author discusses the need of improving the technology of formation of image of the head, the mechanism of its formation and stages of organization of work on creation of image of the Manager. It is provided guidance allowing the chief to establish a relationship with subordinates
