Abstract

The article is devoted to the demographic characteristic of the Dnepropetrovsk city. The dynamics of population, the proportion of the population of the city in the region, growth rates and population growth rates, fertility rates, mortality rates and rates natural increase, emigration rates, immigration rates  and balance of migration was analyzed. The index of population concentration are reduced and characterized. Territorial differences in demographic processes inside the city were analyzed. The results are displayed cartographical.
