Abstract

Contemporary problems, related to the Kyiv region natural-resource potential (NRP) mismanagement, are analyzed. The necessity of developing balanced regional model forming principles, based on NRP rational using eco-geographical strategy, is grounded. Regional environmental policy key tasks implementing urgency, first transition from pollution elimination tactics to the prevention policy actions and improvement and development of traditional nature conservation ideology is specified.
