Abstract

The features of agricultural complex within the limits of  the Volhynia area and  influence of certain factors are considered on his development. Namely: natural resources and structure of the landed fund, material well-being, level of socio-economic development of country, character of production relations, system of menage, technical level and state of capital assets of enterprises of APK, labour resources, transport geographical terms. The modern state of structure of the landed fund is described, material well-being by labour. Certainly basic directions of production in stock-raising  and plant-grower industries. Priority directions of development of APK of area are set. Basic measures are considered on realization of public agrarian policy oblderzhadministracieyu which provides the management of agroindustrial development.
