Author Guidelines

Requirements for the formatting of publication materials.

The article’s content must comply with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine for such publications (Bulletin of the HAC. - 2003. - No.1):

1) general formulation of the problem and its relation to important scientific or practical tasks;

2) analysis of recent research and publications containing initial ways of solving the problem which the author is based on, defining of the previously unresolved parts of the general problem addressed by the article;

3) formulation of the article’s goals (setting the tasks);

4) presentation of the main research material with full justification of the scientific results obtained;

5) research conclusions and prospects for further exploration in this area.

 

The text should be printed at 1.5 intervals. MS Word editor, 12-size Times New Roman font, single-column text alignment applied. Fields: left – 2.5 cm, right – 2 cm, bottom – 2 cm, top – 3 cm. Graphs and tables, formulas should be entered into the text of the article using computer technology. The illustrations, graphs, and tables that accompany the text should be numbered in Arabic by sequential numbering.

 

The sequence of the material’s section placement.

The UDC index should be placed on the upper left side of the page – capital letters, 12 pt font. The second name/surname and initials of the author (or authors) should be written in non-capital bold letters through the coma – at the right side of the page – 12 pt., in a row lower – a place of work – 10 pt. After that in one skipped row (in bold 12 pt., capital letters, centered in the middle) the ARTICLE TITLE follows. On a row lower – three annotations through 1 interval go (in Ukrainian, Russian and English) which should be 500 characters minimum. Before annotations in Russian and English (500 characters minimum), the second name/surname, initials, lower – the article’s title in the corresponding languages are written, with the key words – 5-6 rows, 12 pt. in italics.

Article text should be written in 1.5 intervals, literature – 11 pt, in 1 interval.

 

Articles submitted in violation of the above rules will not be accepted.

 

The author's reference should be submitted at the end of the article. Authors should be registered at orcid.org at the time of submission and should include their number in the author's reference.

AUTHOR’S REFERENCE (in Ukrainian, Russian and English):

  1. Last name, first name and patronymic.
  2. Scientific Degree.
  3. Academic status.
  4. Place of work, position.
  5. Contact phone, address, e-mail
  6. Orcid ID number
  7. Title of the article.

Privacy policy, confidentiality policy and consent to the processing of personal data.

Manuscripts should be reviewed with respect for the confidentiality of the authors. By submitting their manuscripts for review, the authors grant the editors to review the results of their research and creative efforts that may determine their reputation and career. Authors' rights may be violated if confidential information is disclosed during the review of manuscripts. Reviewers also have the right to privacy, which should be maintained by the editor. Privacy may be compromised if dishonesty or fraud occurs, but in other cases it must be respected.

The editorial board should not divulge information about the manuscripts (including their receipt, content, status in the review process, criticism of reviewers, or final decision) to anyone other than authors and reviewers. This includes requests for the legitimate usage of the materials.

The editorial board must clearly explain to its reviewers that the submitted manuscripts are the privileged and private property of the authors. Therefore, reviewers and editorial staff should respect the rights of authors without discussing their work publicly or appropriating their ideas before the publication of the manuscript. Reviewers are not permitted to make copies of manuscripts for their files and are not allowed to transfer copies to other persons, except with the permission of the editor. Reviewers must return or destroy copies of the manuscripts after submitting reviews. The editorial board must not keep copies of the rejected manuscripts.

Reviewers' comments cannot be published or divulged without the permission of the reviewer, author and editor.
