It shows that the spirit of intolerance and orthodoxy and the influence of which is perceived in Europe nowadays, appears in the result of the domination of  «market  fundamentalism»  and  the  transnational  policy  of  neoliberalism,  the  doctrine  of which (Washington  consensus)  is  based  on  the  secular  juridism  and  non-classical  religiosity,  money feudalism,  secular-hedonic model,  gnostic model  of  knowledge,  rational-scientific  naturalism  and jurinaturalism. At  the article  is proved  that  the Ukrainian neoliberalism which had been  formed as the  result of using  these principles before post-soviet Ukrainian  realities, had  led  to  the power an oligarchic-capitalist class which is in the consolidated connection with the post-soviet bureaucracy. Because  of  this  is  proved  that  for  Ukraine  on  the  present  stage  of  its  statehood  of  neoliberal consensus  is  unnatural  and  fatal  and  it  smashes  its  «civilizational  image»  though  the  new  one, mainly  communitaristic,  format  of  the  ideological  consensus  let  open  the  potential  of neoconservatism  like  the  ideology  of  Ukrainian  statehood  and  nation  development  in  the  new millennium.}, journal={The Journal of V.N.
