Theoretical foundations for sustainable development of land use

Abstract

Land relations development features in the system of productive forces, such as an ecological component of land with its properties being of primary value, and socioeconomic component reflecting the unity of socioeconomic development and the interrelation of man with nature have been determined. The ecological and socioeconomic aspects have been grounded theoretically and methodologically. The main directions of ecological situation stabilization in modern land tenures have been offered.
