Abstract

Therewereobservedin out-patient department20 malepatients of 2 cole mines in Donbass witharterialhypertension, 10 ofthem are miners inage of 46±6 years and 10 of surface professions in age of 47±11. Clinical characteristics and level of systolic and diastolic arterial pressure after the month therapy with nebivolol with daily dose 5 mg were examined. The results showed that nebivololwithdailydose 5 mgisequallyeffective in miners and in those with surface professions with arterial hypertension and that is why it can be used to control arterial pressure in miners.
