У статті факторизовано резольвентну матрицю задачі Каратеодорі в класі ${\cal S}[a,\ b]$, завдяки чому отримано аналог шуровського покрокового процесу розв'язку матричної задачі Каратеодорі. Наведено явні формули для узагальнених параметрів Шура для задачі Каратеодорі в класі ${\cal S}[a,\ b]$.
