Abstract

The paper deals with the study of the main morphological means of creation of the image of a lyrical hero in song and dramatic discourse on the material of dramatical songs of modern British pop-groups. The cast of the participants of modern British song and dramatic discours is defined. Connection between the concepts the author, the image of the author and the image of a lyrical hero is traced. Functions of personal pronouns of the 1st person of the singular and the plural as an important element of its communicative arrangement are analyzed while describing the category of personality. Conclusion is made that individualization of the image of a lyrical hero is the main function of personal pronouns while opposing it to the image of the author and the hearer in song and dramatic discourse. Perspectives of the study of the ways of expression of the category of indefiniteness one of which is the use of indefinite pronouns by the author of a dramatic song are outlined.
